Life can be difficult for anyone during the teenage and early adult years.
For those young people whose suppose structures are not as effective as they might be, or for whom traditional educational routes have not produced the desired results, life can be particularly challenging. LookwideUK aims to help disaffected and disengaged young people make the most of their lives by helping them to redress the balance.
By providing a structured programme of activities, informed by a personal development plan, we help individuals to re-engage with education, training or employment according to their needs and future plans. For a detailed account of where we came from, what we have achieved and how the future looks, you may choose to read our Impact Report: Taking Scouting a Step Further - a short history of Project Northumberland and its transformation into LookwideUK, just click here and download it from the link on the right.
Thousands of young people have already turned their lives around after taking part in one of our programmes. Our specialist development tutors have been there and understand. A quick phone call to 0191 2743335 or an email to info@lookwide.org.uk is all it takes to make that first step to a brighter future.
What have you got to lose?
